Your company’s plan

Starter has no monthly plan fee. Growth’s monthly fee covers its management capabilities within the agreed scope, in the currency of the country you choose. Enterprise has its own agreed rate instead of adding the Growth monthly fee.

Outgoing payments

Each plan sets its monthly quota of outgoing payments; Enterprise includes them without limit. Each payment above the quota carries a fee, fixed or a percentage of the amount depending on the plan, shown above in the currency of the country you choose. No payment charge applies while the payments service is not available to your company.

Vehicle structuring and formation

Starter includes access to vehicle structuring and the formation process. Formation costs are charged separately. This does not include fiduciary capital administration, which is part of Enterprise.

Capital governed in a fiduciary structure

With Enterprise, we also charge an agreed percentage of the capital whose rules, approvals and use are managed through Kontyr within the fiduciary structure. The quote defines the calculation basis, period and any structuring or third-party costs.
