Why is there no single price?
Because the scope depends on the assets, the units, the integrations and the responsibilities of each party. Prices are defined in a proposal; there are no approved general rates.
Can the scope change?
Yes. It is reviewed when assets, units, services or support needs change.
Does Kontyr replace a property manager?
It can be used in two ways: by an owner who wants to operate with a leaner team, or by a property manager who wants to increase capacity without growing overhead at the same pace. The scope depends on the agreed capabilities and on the responsibilities retained by each party.
How are several assets organized?
Each asset belongs to an organization and can share standards, users and portfolio reporting.
Who sees what?
