We are Kontyr.
A real estate fintech born from nearly twenty years developing projects, structuring capital and operating real estate assets.
We build Kontyr to make it simpler to structure and manage capital, manage assets and carry out their operations.
WHERE WE COME FROM
We learned the problem by doing real estate.
For nearly twenty years we developed projects, structured capital, worked with fiduciary structures and participated in asset operations in Colombia, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
We saw the work involved in turning an opportunity into a functioning asset, and the value lost through untested assumptions, costly processes and information spread across people and systems.
Kontyr began by asking how much of that work technology could improve.
